Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within the U.S.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
International shipping rates vary based on location and order weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@zctea.co within 30 days of delivery.
For damaged shipments, provide photos of the packaging and product to assist with the claim process.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on loose-leaf tea for health and safety reasons.

Address & Order Changes
