Processing & Shipping Times

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within the U.S.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • International shipping rates vary based on location and order weight.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@zctea.co within 30 days of delivery.

  • For damaged shipments, provide photos of the packaging and product to assist with the claim process.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns on loose-leaf tea for health and safety reasons.

  • If there is an issue with your order, reach out to us at hello@zctea.co within 30 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Address & Order Changes

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot guarantee changes to orders once they are placed but will do our best to accommodate requests.
